1. Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes. We deliver to addresses right across the UK — England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and remote areas like the Highlands and Islands are all covered. Simply enter your postcode when you check out.

2. How long does delivery take?

We usually get orders packed and out the door within 1–2 working days, with delivery taking around 6 to 12 working days after that. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we'll email you a tracking link.

3. Do you offer free delivery?

We do — every order shipped within the UK comes with free delivery, no minimum order value required. What's on the price tag is exactly what you'll pay.

4. Can I return a lamp if I change my mind?

Absolutely. From the day your lamp is delivered, you have a full 30 days to send it back at no cost, as long as it's still in its original packaging and condition. Reach out to us and we'll guide you through each step.

5. How long does a refund take?

After we receive and check your returned item, we process refunds within 10 days. Your bank may take a little longer to actually post it to your statement.

6. What if my lamp arrives damaged?

Let us know within 48 hours of your delivery arriving, along with a photo of the damage, and we'll sort out a free replacement or a complete refund, whichever suits you best. You won't need to return the damaged item first.

7. Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with any major credit or debit card, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna. All payments are handled securely through our checkout.

8. Is my payment information safe?
